For years I dealt with abdominal pains, bloat, and other digestive symptoms along with irregular periods, poor sleep, and exhaustion.  I yearned for a solution that would allow me to enjoy time with family and friends, delight in vacations, or get through a day in the office without discomfort.   I was filled with anxiety and for someone who loves to eat, cook, bake, and travel, the idea of eliminating anything that brought me joy was daunting and quite depressing.  Sound familiar?

Fast forward through years of doctor visits and attempts to self-treat,  everything changed when I sought guidance from a nutritionist who transformed my perspective and health through simple dietary changes. This sparked my passion, inspiring me to leave a high-stress career, pursue formal education in nutrition, and dedicate my work to empowering women with the tools to overcome their biggest pain points and preserve their future health through diet and lifestyle.
